Premiato Coffee is committed to compliance with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector Act 2000) ("the Act") (commenced Dec 2001) and the provisions of all applicable legislation.

As such, we do not rent, sell, giveaway or otherwise distribute our database containing the personal details of a customer to other non-affiliated businesses or organizations to assist their profit through the sale of goods or services. Our customer database is only used for the general running and maintenance of our on-line coffee sales system.

Product

We cannot be held responsible for the inappropriate use of our product after purchase.

Roasted beans: We take care in purchasing specialist grade green coffee beans, and provide a guarantee of freshness and taste, but cannot guarantee roasted product entirely free of imperfections. We reserve the right to inspect any claims of defective product and will gladly replace the product if sufficient imperfections are verified.

All prices are stated in Australian Dollars and including gst where applicable.

While we have photographed our products to the best of our abilities, the colours shown on your computer monitor may not accurately reflect the actual product.
